In the name of God amen I Houston Roberts being of Sound desposing mind and memory and colling to mind the mortallity of man do make and ordane this my last Will and testament in the follwing maner and my will is that all my Juste debts be first paid and my body deasently burred at the descritian of My Surviving friends

Item I give and bequeath to my beloved Sisters Peggy Foy and Miriam Ward all the whole of my esatate both rail and personal to be equally divided between them after paying my Juste debts and I hearby nominate and appoint my Friend Fredrick Foy and Benjamin Ward Exuators to this my last will and testament and revoking all others by me at any time made in witness where of I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this 12th of Oct'r 1822
