Obituary of Vannie "VT" Thomas Lewis ~ 2007

Vannie "VT" Thomas Lewis, 83, of Jacksonville died Jan. 21, 2007, at Onslow 
Memorial Hospital.
 
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Jones Funeral Home of 
Jacksonville with the Rev. Edna Cavenaugh officiating.
 
Survivors include his son, Rusty Lewis of Jacksonville; three daughters, 
Sharon Dale Reichle, Gina Summers and Tami Volpe, all of Jacksonville; four 
brothers, Hugh, James and Allen, all of Jacksonville, and Wayne of Wilmington;
five sisters, Maidie Wiggins, Rosalee Emerson, Shirly Lanier and Jean Faye 
McCumbee, all of Jacksonville, and Hazel Hillyer of California; six 
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. 

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.
