Obituary of Bea Burton ~ 2003

 
Bea Burton, 86, of Jacksonville died March 1 at Britthaven of Jacksonville.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Jones Funeral Home chapel with the 
Rev. Beth Faulk officiating. Burial will follow at Onslow Memorial Park.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Ada Nunn Hutto.

Surviving are her husband, Bruce Burton of the home; three sons, John J. 
Burton of Stedman, Bruce S. “Buzz” Burton of Jacksonville, and David Michael 
Burton of Burke, Va.; one brother, Benjamin Hutto of Traverse City, Mich.; 
seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Antioch Presbyterian Church, 
1770 Pony Farm Road, Jacksonville, N.C. 28540.
