This is a picture of one of Jacksonville's first Police Officers. 
He served from 1914 until his death in 1965.  
He was Captain Hugh T. Henderson and he also served as the assistant Chief of 
Police for years. 
He was born in 1885 in Jacksonville to Bruce M. and Mary Petteway Henderson.
